The Pediatric Research PT will be


responsible for direct patient care, specifically delivery of activity-based


therapies to the pediatric rehabilitation population. The Pediatric Research PT


will support research services and investigators via recruitment and enrollment


of patients for research studies via review of data base and current program


patients (both in- and out-patient programs) for eligibility; conduct screening


procedures; and make referrals to appropriate research studies. The Pediatric


Research PT will conduct patient evaluations and treatment specific to clinical


programs and research studies.





Education:
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited


school of higher



education.



Required Experience:
Clinical experience or student affiliation in


pediatric setting. Entry-level understanding of research (i.e.

, informed


consent, protocol)



Licensure:
Physical Therapy in state of Kentucky
