As the Brand Manager/Sr. Brand Manager, this individual must plan, lead, and deliver results that meet and exceed corporate goals for a new product launch, pending approval, in the Addiction market.

Brand Management

Deliver results that meet and exceed US WorldMeds(USWM) brand revenue goals

Lead brand projects and contribute to strategic planning of product launch

Deliver recommendations for solutions to complex problems with sound justification in writing

Be able to execute strategy and tactics

Lead and manage creation and marketing team review process of promotional materials, internal materials, and forms. Includes managing outside vendors who are contributing to launch brand tactics.

Tactics include projects for sales, patients, HCPs, videos, websites, brochures, tradeshow specific items including meetings

Manage marketing expenditures to drive forecast and maintain budget

Support execution of the marketing plan to deliver profit, sales, and volume

Lead USWM brand related meetings, tradeshows and events

Collaborate with Marketing Department, Reimbursement, Sales, and Medical Affairs Department on launch initiatives, including speaking events

Evaluate and advise the marketing potential of lifecycle management options

Evaluate, anticipate, and counter-act competitive threats to brand

Represent and manage brand related marketing projects through promotional review process


BS or higher with proven high scholastic capability (required), advanced degree (desired)

7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical industry experience (required), 2+ years of Addiction pharmaceutical experience (desired), product launch experience (desired), field sales (desired), project management (desired)

Regular presence and interaction with commercial team with ability to travel 20-30% for home office or brand meetings/events elsewhere in territory
