Title: Person Solutions Tech.
Location: Louisville KY 40229 (Floater for Louisville location).
Duration: 3 Month Contract.
Shift Timings: 1st Shift, hrs vary based upon area functioned that day.

Work description: Phlebotomist with a favored minimum of 2 years experience as a patient solution technician/phlebotomist. Need to exhibit strong customer skills demonstrating a patient-centric approach. Need to exhibit professional look and actions. Need to be proficient at obtaining repayment from patients. Display proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary strategy from people of all age groups, pee drug screen collections, paternal collections, breath/saliva alcohol screening, pediatric blood collections, challenging draws (patients in long-term hygiene, drug recovery, prisons, psychological, or comparable centers). Need to exhibit proficiency in information order access and processing of examples. Have extensive understanding of compliance and safety and security. Have the ability and capabilities needed to execute other duties as needed by manager (training, trip, etc).

Capability Demands: Management: Answer telephones, keep logs/records, business capabilities, proficiency with numbers, research info, time administration, train staff members, make use of computerized databases, composed and spoken communications.
